I have 20+ years of experience in the product, service, and experience design field. In the past 10 years I have been leading and motivating teams, and personally contributing to the creation of integrated multi-device experiences.
I bring skills from cognitive psychology and computer science in conjunction with a passion for human-centered design, brand management and marketing sensibility to my teams and my projects.
I am well versed with product and service strategy, user research and experience design, information architecture and interface design.

My focus is on creating and leading an environment that engenders trust, creativity, and cross-collaboration with the goal of establishing a design thinking mindset that is able to connect real customer’s needs to business opportunities.
Using design thinking to solve problems is an essential tool for simplifying, humanizing, and innovate. It can’t be extra; it needs to be a core competence across the entire workforce.
